Dare to Imagine - Growth
Noula is a PACFA-accredited supervisor, committed to providing mental health practitioners with a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative space for clinical growth. With a deep understanding of the challenges that come with working in trauma-informed care, she offers supervision that is both reflective and practical, helping practitioners navigate the complexities of their work with confidence and clarity.
Her approach to supervision is grounded in compassion and insight, focusing on helping clinicians develop their own capacity for self-awareness and emotional resilience, while also offering guidance in working with clients experiencing deep trauma. Noula’s experience spans a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brainspotting (BSP). She integrates these approaches into her supervision, offering clinicians a broad toolkit for addressing the diverse needs of their clients, particularly those struggling with complex PTSD, dissociation, BPD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
As a BSP Certified Consultant and Trainer, Noula also provides specialized training in Brainspotting and other trauma-focused techniques, ensuring that practitioners not only feel supported in their direct client work, but are also equipped with the latest evidence-based practices. Her clinical supervision aims to foster a deeper understanding of the therapeutic process, refine clinical skills, and promote a compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
Noula’s supervision is rooted in the belief that personal and professional growth go hand in hand. By creating a safe space for reflection, discussion, and skill-building, she helps mental health practitioners not only navigate the complexities of trauma work but also build resilience and sustainable practices for their own mental well-being. Through this process, clinicians are empowered to provide higher-quality care and continue to evolve as effective, compassionate practitioners.
ugh connection, understanding, and the right tools, people can reclaim their lives, their peace, and their joy.

I would love you to come along and join me in discovering all of this, and developing your mastery in Brainspotting and encouraging you to explore it in your own unique way.
